If Andhra gets special status which company will establish?
I’m getting this question from very long time.
Price of land in Andhra per acre is 25 lacks
In tamil nadu 5 lacks
Lets assume the industry needs of 100 the price is 25 crore
In Tamilnadu its 5 crore
The profit of company is 10 crore company need to pay 3 crore as income tax in Tamilnadu but if special status is therein andhra its zero.
Usually special status will be for 5 years so
Total tax paid by company is 15 crors + 5 crores is land value hence in 5 years its 20 crores is company paid money but in Andhra its 25 crores. So companies will come to Andhra because of special statu.
Next biggest question do locals get employment no because locals don’t have experience hence no job for locals.
Next farming will be affected.
Yes because no industry can work with out water where will water come from.
If you refer jallikattu united Tamilnadu just remember they stopped drinking PepsiCo and coco-cola company products. Which means they found industries kills farmers.
Do we need more industries or 3 basic needs of people.
Already farming land is becoming as plots first stop that.
