I’m not sure if there is a simplest way, but this is the way I bought SGB at sbismart.

Login to SBISMART, after that
do the following steps
Go to page Customer service
Scroll to end, and select NCD
New page opens
Under dropdown Transact select SGB List, purchase the order you want to.
