Once upon a time there is a stock market , of course it exists now also , it is a place where people buy and sell shares based on profitability of the company. So there used to be less human life destruction because of stock market. Years turned now stock market is the source of illegal activities like

1. Trading happens with company in loss.

2. Trading happens based on party in power.

3. Corporate settings.

Let’s try to understand why 1st point is illegal

Usually company in loss will be closed or taken over, but the frauds still ensure to make trading of shares so that if any buyer is interested he will buy for more, which is not even market value. Or usually govt will not levy auditing of share trading for company in loss.
